All EVENTWORLD staff has considerable experience, and a proven track record, in organising Conferences, Incentives and Exhibitions of all sizes for over 30 years.
We work with you to reduce the stress and pressure of organising and running a conference or event leaving you and your team to get on with their work both before and during the event.

EVENTWORLD can design and manage bespoke Corporate Entertainment packages for most sporting events in this country or abroad.
With your needs clearly established we can create hospitality packages that fulfil those objectives and results in a Staff or Key Client event that is value for money with great food, is fun to attend and remembered by all as a specially arranged ‘stand out’ event.
We have Corporate Entertainment packages available for our own exclusive facility at Royal Ascot and other horse race meetings around the world; Grand Prix Motor racing, Golf, Tennis, Football, Rugby, Sailing, Power boat racing, Music Concerts and Theatre nights.

TEAM BUILDING
We can help you to plan an affective and fun Team Building event which will meet all your specifications and help to improve your teams’ performance and motivation. You may just decide to have a fun day with staff and or clients.
Team Building can be essential to form a good working team with commitment and motivation but sometimes staff will be motivated and work harder after having a fun day and being appreciated. We will make sure that all those participating have a day to remember.

PRODUCT LAUNCH
Planning a Product Launch, Conference or Exhibition then you can rely on us to help you with the event planning and management process leaving you to spend your time making sure everything is as it should be.
We can help you with the production of brand literature, advertising, marketing, web design and all the logistical details involved with the launch event itself.

VIP & CORPORATE TRAVEL
Our experienced travel team can save you a great deal of time and frustration in sourcing scheduled or charter flights, helicopter or executive transfers along with some of the finest hotels in the world. Where possible a great alternative to air travel are the new high speed railways with their city centre links with the opportunity to either relax and enjoy the countryside or continue your work. This service is available whether it is just you travelling; your family or corporate group where we can privatise a carriage for networking or even a ‘moving’ conference. With our global contacts we can plan with you and deliver a bespoke event that is caring, enjoyable and memorable.
WEDDINGS
We currently manage several wedding venues in North Devon and can help with your wedding there or anywhere in the UK. We have also arranged and managed weddings in the Caribbean, France, India, Ireland, Malta and Thailand. We have experience of wedding planning and can help to make that special day perfect.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKING SERVICES
EVENTWORLD’S Accommodation Booking Service is available to groups of 10 or more either for a single night stay or several nights at multiple locations in the UK and Overseas.
We will make sure this is done within your budget by the use of our specially negotiated rates at most hotels and the location is where you require.
SCHOOLS
We have for many years organised and managed school trips either educational or sporting and which have taken place in many countries of the world. Whether is a ranch experience in USA; assisting in school for disadvantage children in India; a visit to the European Space Agency or an event in the UK all trips are carefully arranged with the needs, demographics and budget in mind.
