Thailand

An outline of our Thailand events:

Association; 700 ASEAN Media delegates in Bangkok; 432 International Medical delegates for a one week congress in Chiang Mai.

We have hosted many meetings, conferences, incentives; sporting events (like golf) and even a Wedding where the Bride arrived on an Elephant.

In 2019 we had a number of events in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket with a 6day 300delegate sports Association event in Bangkok. Immediately following this event we delivered a Cosmetic ‘product launch’ with 35 attendees and the next day a Country Managers meeting at a 5* riverside hotel.

Asia Road Show and Similar Style Events

Our events have ranged from 2-10 days for 40 to 250+ delegates in the following countries:

Hong Kong

Bali
Vietnam

India

A group of 33 delegates on a two week incentive which both includes visiting Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and for one week working in a School with Children who have disabilities. The delegates taught the children English or other subjects, and the children in return taught the delegates 'sign language' so other than the benefit of learning a ‘life skill’ the delegates experienced 5* luxury contrasting with staying in an old fort.

We have organised this event for over 13 years with the number of delegates varying by year. Delegates often like to be involved in raising money for the school and on other projects enjoy being ‘hands on’ in the building works for water supplies in Africa or a new classroom in Morocco.

CARIBBEAN & USA

We have organised many events to islands like Barbados, Jamaica, St Lucia and Trinidad where there is the opportunity to create lasting memories by experiencing these beautiful destinations, enjoying the superb hospitality and appreciating the local cultures.

In the USA we have arranged meetings/incentives to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Napa Valley and New York. For over 10 years we have organised and managed a group of 50 delegates to stay on a ranch near Tucson, Arizona which includes a trip to the Grand Canyon. Supporting a medical study group to Houston, Texas was a visit to NASA and also a ‘horse whisperer’ where delegates had the opportunity to develop their own self confidence and assertiveness.

MIDDLE EAST

Events in Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Dubai, Oman and Ras-Al-Khaimah have been either meetings or incentives, sometimes a combination of both with golf, F1 Grand Prix motor racing, a visit to Ferrari World, ‘hands on circuit driving day and sailing being the frequently chosen activities.

UK & EUROPE

Over the years EVENTWORLD has organised events throughout the UK and Europe, ranging from a meeting for 2 people to company fun weekend for 1000 guests and Exhibitions with over 3000 attendees.

Similarly too with many incentives whether on snowmobiles, dog sledges or ice-car racing in Scandinavia, a meeting in Holland with a visit to the European Space Agency, a castle in Ireland or a luxury yacht in the South of France there has been some fantastic events, and there are so many opportunities.

Under our HR IRELAND banner we have produced two day Exhibitions (sourcing exhibitors & attendees) along with Seminars for Human Resource Professionals. Similarly with other Conferences and Exhibitions like: The Emergency Services Show; The Health and Safety Exhibition and the Metropolitan Police 2 day Occupational Health Conference and Exhibition.

Royal Ascot

An example of our individuality is that for over 20 years we have had our own exclusive facility during Royal Ascot week where we organise everything from the ground up including the marquee, superb food and fine wine and which created a very special and memorable day for both our Clients and their guests.
